How it works: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the softened butter in a large enough mixing bowl. Add the sugar and beat everything for a few minutes with the beater of the hand mixer. The color of the mixture should become lighter and lighter, in the end it should be a deliciously fluffy butter-sugar mixture.
Then gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a second bowl and then gradually add these dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Stir well. Wash the berries and drain well.
