Because even though today’s recipe is so completely different from everything you know about pizza and how you know it from the Italian around the corner, it is still particularly tasty and spicy.

For you, pizza should always be Italian round, with a thin crust and only a few toppings? Perhaps. But maybe you’ll do yourself a favor and try this recipe anyway. If it tastes good – and it will – just call it a casserole or something, so you don’t know that only real Italian pizza is real pizza.
Ingredients for the slightly different pizza
You need: Pizza dough, 500 grams of minced meat, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 eggs, 2 small onions, 200 grams of tomatoes, 1 pepper, corn to taste, 1 cup sour cream, 200 ml ketchup, pepper, salt, paprika powder, oregano, sugar, about 8 slices of cheese (e.g. Gouda)

And this is how the slightly different pizza is made:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet.
Mix the ground beef with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of mustard and 2 eggs and spread evenly on the pizza base.
Chop the vegetables, including the onions, and spread over the mince.
Mix the sour cream with ketchup and season with salt, pepper, a little sugar, oregano and paprika powder. Spread this sauce as evenly as possible over the beef and vegetables with a spoon.
Spread the cheese slices over the pizza and place in the oven for 35 minutes.
