Ingredients for 2 pizza toasts:
- 2 slices of bread of your choice
- 20 grams of tomato sauce
- 30-40 grams of hot peppers
- 60 grams of mozzarella or parmesan, grated
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread the slices of bread with tomato sauce and spread the pepperoni on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of good quality sourdough bread
- 40 grams of butter, at room temperature
- 1-2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 100 grams of marinara sauce
- 120 grams of fresh burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon truffle or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Freshly grated parmesan to taste
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and spread the bread slices on both sides with butter.
- Drizzle bread slices with truffle oil and then grill in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Season tomatoes with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cut the burrata into pieces and put it on the bread.
- Sprinkle tomatoes on top and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in the microwave.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cut the toasts in half.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the spinach with salt and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
