  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 400 g spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

You need about 50 minutes to prepare the spelled pizza dough. Plan half the time for preparation. Then the pizza must be baked in the oven for another 25 minutes. We will show you step by step how to do it:

  1. Crumble the yeast in 200 milliliters of lukewarm water so that it dissolves.
  2. Add the sugar, spelled flour, salt and olive oil.
  3. Knead everything together into a dough until it is no longer sticky.
  4. Cover the mixing bowl with the batter with a damp kitchen towel.
  5. Let the spelled pizza dough rise at room temperature for about an hour.
  6. Then knead the dough again and roll it out with a rolling pin.
  7. put the homemade pizza dough out on a baking sheet.
  8. Top your pizza as you like.
  9. Bake your spelled pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
