Chocolatey, juicy and fruity – if that doesn’t sound appealing. We are talking about our chocolate and cherry cake the perfect change, especially in the summer months presentations. In fact, so much variety that we would like to see the sponge cake on the table every day. If you don’t believe it, then it’s time for you to simply bake our favorites. Here’s the easy sugar-free recipe that will make even the biggest ax hand mixer swing!


  1. Chop the sugar-free chocolate and set aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line the baking pan with baking paper.

  3. Cream the butter in a bowl. Gradually add the coconut blossom sugar and beat together with the eggs and the vanilla pulp until fluffy.

  4. Mix flour with baking powder and baking cocoa. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the liquid ingredients and mix until smooth.

  5. Fold the chopped chocolate with the cherries into the batter and place in the baking pan.

  6. Bake the chocolate cherry cake for about 50 minutes, let it cool and serve – done!

Our tip: If you want, you can swap the cherries for other fruits like plums or apples.
