Like the Italians – make your own pizza dough
If you cook for yourself, you can eat deliciously. You get a delicious pizza dough from just a few ingredients: perhaps the most important dough of all for fans of Italian cuisine. Top with tomato sauce and your favorite ingredients and enjoy!

Ingredients for 4 servings
Pizza dough |

300g | Pizza flour (or rye flour) |
4 pinches | Salt |
1.7 dl | Drinking water |
0.2 dice | fresh yeast |
10g | olive oil |
Preparation of pizza dough

Mix flour with salt in a bowl.

Dissolve the yeast in the water and add to the flour together with the olive oil.

Knead the ingredients for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth, supple dough. It is always best to knead pizza dough by hand.

After the dough is well kneaded, cover and leave to rise again in a warm place for about 5-6 hours.

Dough needs time to rise and warm. This is the only way the processed yeast can develop its full effect.

Knead the pizza dough vigorously again for about 10 minutes after it has risen.

Flatten the finished pizza dough, roll out thinly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Clue:
Top pizza with tomato passata, oregano, fresh mozzarella and basil. Pizza Margherita has 270 kcal per 100 g.
