This is how it is done:
- Place the eggs in a tall, heatproof container. Make sure no bowl falls into it.
- Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and add a little butter.
- Now hold the milk frother in the mass and move the container evenly in a circle. The hot steam sets the beaten eggs.
