Lightning cake with peach: in the oven in just 15 minutes

And this is how it is done:

1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Now cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and cream and mix well – then sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well.
2. Grease the spring form and pour in the batter. smooth the surface.
3. Drain canned peaches and cut into slices. Then press them into the dough in a circular motion.
4. Put the cake in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes. do a chopstick test. If it was successful, the cake can be taken out of the oven – otherwise, extend the baking time by two to three minutes and repeat the process.
5. Allow the cake to cool briefly in the tin and then remove it from the tin. Dust with icing sugar before serving – and enjoy!
