If you like it sweeter, use especially ripe bananas for this creamy banana oat smoothie.
Peel the banana. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy. If you want, you can add vanilla extract or cinnamon.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy. Finished!
