Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats: There’s no better way to start the day
The morning could not start better with the apple cinnamon overnight oats.
Wash, halve and dice the apple. Mix together with the brown sugar in a bowl. Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir briefly and heat for another 30 seconds until the apples are soft.
Place half of the apples in a glass with the rolled oats, milk, agave syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and stir well. Then cover with the remaining apples. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Finished!
