  1. Wash, halve and dice the apple. Mix together with the brown sugar in a bowl. Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir briefly and heat for another 30 seconds until the apples are soft.

  2. Place half of the apples in a glass with the rolled oats, milk, agave syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and stir well. Then cover with the remaining apples. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Finished!
